A baffle bag (also known as a Q-bag or form-stable bag) is a specialized Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) featuring internal fabric panels sewn across its four corners. These baffles prevent the bag from bulging, allowing it to maintain a perfect square shape when completely filled.

Key Advantages:

Maximum Space Utilization: The square shape maximizes warehouse storage density and container space, often allowing more product to be shipped per pallet.

Safer Stacking: Uniform, flat-sided cubic bags are highly stable. They can be securely stacked three to four high without the risk of tipping or toppling.

Better Load Distribution: Internal baffles allow material to flow evenly into the corners, which equalizes the weight and prevents the load from shifting during transport.

Versatility: They are typically constructed from UV-stabilized woven polypropylene, capable of holding anywhere from 1,000 kg to 1,800 kg (up to 4,000 lbs) depending on the application.

Automated Handling: The structured shape improves compatibility with automated filling and discharge machinery, reducing spillage and waste.
